Funds raised through the Briggs & Al’s Run & Walk for Children’s Hospital support the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Children’s provides highly specialized care to critically ill patients of all ages, from newborns to adolescents. Children’s Hospital is a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center verified by the American College of Surgeons. The hospital has 72 pediatric critical care beds.
